Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. If your order has not yet been shipped or produced, we are happy to help you cancel it and issue a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.


Returns

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you need to return a product, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving it.


Return Conditions:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain items may not qualify for a return if they have been used, damaged, or are missing parts or original packaging.


Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer, as this may cause delays.

When initiating a return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

You will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns), and we do not charge any restocking fees.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
