Order Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing Time: 20 working days

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

  • Most items shipped from Sydney are delivered within 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery Options:
    • AusPost
    • AusPost Express
    • Fastway Couriers

International Delivery

  • Most items are delivered within 3–21 business days, depending on your country.
  • Delivery Options:
    • Express Air International Post: 5–12 days (tracking available for most countries)
    • Post International: 7–21 days (no tracking available)

Additional Information

  • We prioritize shipping from the nearest warehouse to your location. If the closest warehouse is out of stock, we may ship from another warehouse, which could result in temporary delays in tracking updates. We will always aim to handle your order promptly and may upgrade the shipping method when necessary.

Special Notes

  • Policy Scope: Orders for self-pickup or cancellations due to stock shortages are not eligible for delay compensation.
  • Delay Compensation:
    • If delivery exceeds 10 business days, you may claim AUD $10 compensation.
    • If delivery exceeds 20 business days, you may apply for a full refund without returning the item.
  • Exemption Clause:
    • Delays due to force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, war, pandemics, transportation disruptions) are not eligible.
    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer are not eligible.
    • Delays due to logistics provider errors will be assisted by MaxCool in coordinating resolutions.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to this policy will be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, applicable laws will govern.

Final Interpretation

MaxCool AutoParts reserves the right to interpret this policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
