Refund policy

Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. However, cancellations cannot be made once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns within 60 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts or packaging may not be eligible for return. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are charged once, including for returns, and no restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to post.
