Maxcool Shipping Policy

We aim to provide the best shipping options, ensuring timely delivery no matter where you are. Every day, we ship thousands of orders worldwide, prioritizing high service standards and fast response times.


Order Delivery Timeframes

Processing Time: 1–3 working days


Domestic Delivery (Australia)

Most items dispatched from our Sydney warehouse are delivered within 1–7 days, depending on the delivery location.

International Delivery

Most international orders are delivered within 3–21 days, depending on the destination.

Delivery Options:

Express Air International Post: 5–12 days (tracking available for most countries)

Post International: 7–21 days (no tracking available)


Large Shipments & Special Logistics

For large shipments, we use Toll Ipec as our logistics partner. If your order requires palletizing or additional packaging, extra fees may apply, which will be determined based on the specific requirements of each order.


Important Note for Bulk Orders

For bulk purchases, please contact us in advance to obtain accurate shipping costs and exclusive discounted rates. We will arrange the most economical and efficient shipping solution, ensuring your goods are delivered safely and on time.


Supplementary Statement

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, we will prioritize shipping from the nearest warehouse to your location. If that warehouse is out of stock, we will automatically ship from another warehouse with available inventory. This may cause temporary delays in tracking updates, but we will process your order promptly and may upgrade the shipping method if necessary.


Special Notes

1. Policy Scope:

Self-pickup orders and refunds due to stock shortages are not eligible for the delay refund policy.


2. Delay Compensation:

If not delivered within 10 days, you may apply for a delay compensation of AUD 10.

If not delivered within 20 days, you may apply for a full refund without needing to return the item.


3. Exemption Clause:

The following situations are not eligible for delay compensation or full refund policies:

Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, transportation disruptions).

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delays due to operational issues with the logistics service provider (we will assist in coordinating with the provider as much as possible).


4. Dispute Resolution:

Disputes will be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, applicable laws will govern.


5. Final Interpretation:

The final interpretation of this policy rests with Maxcool Auto Parts, without affecting customers’ statutory rights under applicable law.
