1. Stir silicone and curing agent evenly (Example: 100g silicone + 2-3g curing agent).
2. Vacuum to remove air bubbles (≤10 mins).
3. Apply silicone evenly on product, reinforce with gauze/weft cloth if needed.
4. Create outer mold using rubber sheets, wooden boards, resin, or fiberglass.
5. For simple products, pour vacuumed silicone directly. Soft silicone is recommended for easy demolding.    


Suitable for molds of cement products, cultural stones, sandstone reliefs, resin crafts, tire molds, etc.    


Read the user guide before starting.
Use in a ventilated area. Wear safety glasses, long sleeves, and vinyl gloves.
Store and use material at room temperature (23°C).
Premix Parts A & B thoroughly.
Apply release agent if necessary.
Pour, cure, and handle silicone properly.
Cure: 75 mins at room temperature; post-cure 4 hrs at 65°C if needed.
Mold performance depends on materials cast and frequency. Clean and store molds on a level surface in a cool, dry environment.
Apply release agent prior to casting polyurethane, polyester, and epoxy resins if needed.    


Mold silicone rubber is a two-component RTV silicone. Component A contains a crosslinking agent,        and Component B contains a catalyst. When mixed in the correct ratio, a flexible and elastic silicone mold forms.
